Request for quotes for pipe and all fittings/appurtenances needed to install pipe and the delivery of those items to the City’s designated location.

Quantities/items listed below (equivalent items will be accepted if the supplier can ensure function meets or exceeds the performance of the items).

Quotes will be evaluated based on the categories listed below, and contracts will be awarded to suppliers on a category-by-category basis according to the lowest cost in each category. For example, if Supplier A has the lowest price for Storm Drain materials but Supplier B offers a lower price for Sewer materials, Supplier A will be chosen for the Storm Drain category and Supplier B for the Sewer category. Suppliers are not required to bid on all categories, but they must bid on all items within a chosen category to be considered.

Storm drain:

100’ of 18” non-perforated HDPE N12 or Equal
60’ of 15” non‐perforated HDPE N12 or Equal
