There will be a pre-proposal meeting and walkthrough hosted by the City for contractors and subs on February 23 at 2:00 p.m. and an additional meeting March 2 at 2 p.m. The location is 100 Wulfsohn Road, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. Attendance at one meeting is mandatory so that all contractors and subs have access to the same information, and no-one needs to interpret existing conditions or make assumptions about City needs. We are still having the walkthrough on 2/23/2022 at 2 p.m. Due to the Snow that might cause a problem for travelers, we will hold an additional walkthrough on 3/2/2022 at 2 p.m. If you have already attended the first walkthrough, you do not need to attend the second.
