2023-02P - Emergency Operations and Traffic Emergency Management Plan

The City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado is undertaking a project to develop a Emergency Operations / Traffic Emergency Management Plan. The primary purpose is to guide the city in the management of traffic, evacuation of the city or portions of the city and coordination and communication with local agencies, the hospital and schools in the event of wildland fire or police events. The City would also like the consultant to review the Garfield County Emergency Operations Plan and ensure that the City’s Emergency Operations Plan/ Traffic Emergency Management Plan addresses all of the areas where the County needs assistance from the City.
