The goal of this project is to underground the storm sewer system along Riverview Drive. A partial storm sewer system exists along Riverview for the collection of roadway water, but the roadway water is transferred to an open ditch system. This project will enclose that ditch system and create a flat vegetated area where the ditch currently exists. All work is to be performed in accordance with the “State Department of Highways – Division of Highways – State of Colorado – Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction”, latest edition and City of Glenwood Springs Design Standards and attached design plans.
