This project involves the rehabilitation/resurfacing of streets at multiple locations throughout the City of Lafayette. The 2022 Citywide Street Rehabilitation Site Maps located in the Appendix of the Contract Documents provide an overview of each location of work. It is the intent of this list to give the general extent of the work to be performed under this contract. The City of Lafayette reserves the right to alter the total quantity (both increase and decrease) from that shown in the Contract Documents as needed for the actual field conditions.

All areas as described in the 2022 Citywide Street Rehabilitation project are to be marked by the City of Lafayette. This includes but is not limited to milling, patch, and overlay
work. Extent of aggregate base course and extra work to be determined by City Engineer after contract award and during progress of patching and overlay work.

Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Lafayette in front of City Hall, at 1290 South Public Road, Lafayette, Colorado 80026 until 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time on August 10, 2022, for the 2022 Citywide Street Rehabilitation project in accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and Specifications prepared by the City of Lafayette.

Questions regarding the documents shall be directed to Bryan McIlwee, City Engineer, at bryan.mcilwee@lafayetteco.gov. Questions pertaining to the Bid and Contract Documents must be received no later than 12:00 p.m., August 5, 2022. Any questions received after this date and time will not be addressed.
