Remove & Replace, with like color and kind, existing worn and/or damaged TPO roofing on each of the 7 existing TPO roofing sections (this scope does not include shingled roofed areas which are new and must be protected during the flat roof repairs process). Repair/replace all damaged metal trim and flashing. Collaborate and coordinate with existing solar panel owners and CoL to remove and reset 3 solar panel systems. Provide a 20-year warranty on the completed roofs.

This walk-through will begin at the rear entrance (Maintenance Door) in the Maintenance Alley between the BBRC and the Lafayette Cemetery. Please park on the West side of the BBRC parking lot and walk South up the Maintenance Alley to meet at the rear door to the BBRC mentioned above. We will start at 9:30AM sharp and will not allow late arrivals or no shows to reschedule or bid.
