RFP-23-05-HR - City of Lafayette: ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan

The City of Lafayette is requesting proposals from qualified firms to assure that its policies and procedures, equipment and technologies, facilities, buildings, and structures are compliant with laws, regulations, and requirements applicable to individuals with disabilities. The City actively ensures nondiscrimination and accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. The City is interested in contracting for an ADA Consultant to further our efforts to offer all of our residents’ access to our facilities and all public spaces. This consulting includes on-site auditing, plan review, and the development of a Transition Plan (self-evaluation) as required by Title II of the ADA.
