Description

The City of Lafayette is issuing an RFP for professional consulting services to advise the City in developing, managing, and implementing a compliance program for the revised United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR).

These services will be phased based on the regulatory time frame, i.e., the LCRR compliance date of October 16, 2024, and will be responsive to regulatory changes introduced by the Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) which is currently in development. The purpose of the RFP process is to identify the most qualified respondent.
