Description: The City of Steamboat Springs (“city”) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from qualified professional engineering firms to provide on-call engineering services, including General Civil, Stormwater, Transportation, Geotechnical/Construction Materials Testing, Structural, and Survey, on an as-needed basis through December 31, 2026. This RFQ aims to establish a list of qualified firms to provide timely, cost-effective, and high-quality engineering services for small projects. The city will evaluate responsive proposals and may select one or more consultants from the listed disciplines to be fully qualified and best suited among those submitting proposals, on the basis of the factors listed above. Responsive proposals can pick and choose which services they desire to provide; they are not required to propose on all services.
