RFP-SSP-2020-07 - SSRA TAX INCREMENT REVENUE REFUNDING LOAN

The Steamboat Springs Redevelopment Authority (through the City of Steamboat Springs) is seeking proposals from direct lenders to provide financing for the refunding of its Tax Increment Revenue Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 2010 (the “2020 Loan” and “Series 2010 Bonds” respectively).  Interested lenders should submit proposals directly to the Authority. Proposals from brokers or agents may be rejected.  The Series 2010 Bonds carry an underlying rating of A1 from Moody’s based on a Moral Obligation pledge of the City of Steamboat Springs (the “City”).  The City of Steamboat Springs carries an Issuer Credit rating of Aa2 from Moody’s.  As described in more detail below the City intends to provide a Moral Obligation pledge for the 2020 Loan.  The 2020 Loan will not be rated.
