The project includes the replacement of an existing culvert that flows Burgess Creek under Walton Creek Road and associated headwall and headgate construction and installation of a new concrete sidewalk of varying width from US Highway 40 to Chinook Lane. The work also includes but is not limited to installation of other localized drainage infrastructure, concrete curbs/gutters, asphalt removal and replacement, and landscaping.
