The City of Westminster has an Avaya voice system with approximately 1300+ stations/extensions in all of its facilities. The City’s voice systems are a hybrid of VOIP, digital, and analog technologies. City staff performs most areas of administration but occasionally will require assistance with respect to advanced configurations and troubleshooting as well as having hardware maintenance paid on behalf of the City to Avaya. The City desires to initiate a 3-year contract covering maintenance for the years of 2022-24.
