Fee schedule must be provided to the City as a separate document than the Proposal, through Bidnet®.

Total fee shall include all costs and expenses. Total level of effort and fee relative to the proposed approach. Offerors are to provide a cost breakdown and level of efforts with other direct costs (ODCs) for each task in the Minimum Scope of Services included in Section B of this RFP.
Include any additional or optional services deemed appropriate for City consideration.
