The City of Westminster, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit bids for On-Call Tree Planting and Watering Services work throughout a variety of City properties including but not limited to parks, open space, medians, right-of-way, facilities, and golf courses. The Contractor shall take all actions necessary and appropriate for the planting of trees at various locations within the City and perform services in strict compliance with the direction of the City’s Forester.
