24.FA.004 - Exterior Stair ReConstruction City Hall

The City of Woodland Park would like a quote to reconstruct the stairs on the outside of the building of City Hall. Construction is to follow the existing layout of the stairs and to be constructed with a wood frame and Composite decking material. This total is to include cost for all Design, labor, materials, restoration, and permits to reconstruct the stairs. To include the following:

• Reconstruction of exterior stairs;
• All Wood, fasteners, Flashing, Concrete;
• Restoration to work area including but not limited to (texturing, paint, etc.)
• Pikes Pike Regional Building Department Permits;
• The City is also requesting a cost for the frame to be constructed from Steel as an alternate to Wood. (cost Comparison)
