25.U.001 - UPCC Fireline Underground

Location of Work-   City of Woodland Park Ute Pass Cultural Center 210 E Midland Ave

The City of Woodland Park is accepting bids to fit and install a new Fireline from the existing watermain in the roadway into the building to flange. Project is to be completed by March 28, 2025. This total is to include cost for all labor, materials, restoration, any additional design, and permits. No additional flatwork will be performed as shown on the plan set. Only the Fireline and restoration to restore to conditions prior to installation. Please include the following but not limited to:

• Parts and Materials;
• Labor;
• Demo;
• Traffic Control;
• Mobilization;
• Restoration to work area including but not limited to (Asphalt Concrete reseeding.);
• Permits;
