CMU 2812 - Performing Arts Center Expansion and Renovation CMGC

Colorado Mesa University (CMU) is soliciting the submittal of proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) services for the Performing Arts Renovation and Expansion Project located on the CMU Campus in Grand Junction, Colorado. The Moss Performing Arts Building was constructed in 1968 and is approximately 74,500 sf. Currently, the Performing Arts Building houses the University’s Department of Theatre Arts and Music programs; the University anticipates the facility to be occupied during construction. The goal of the project is to address safety, accessibility and code compliancy all while addressing space utilization by increasing the capacity to accommodate additional students, staff and community members.
