The CSFS has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid site visit meeting to go over project details for Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. The site visit should not take more than two hours. Please meet at the gate at the end of Evans Ranch Road in Evergreen, Colorado located at: 1851 Evans Ranch Rd, Evergreen, Colorado 80439. Additional instructions are listed in Appendix C of the RFP solicitation. You may not provide a bid proposal for this RFP soliciation unless your firm attends the mandatory site visit.
