Description

DOLA’s intent is to identify qualified contractors and execute a five (5) year Master Task Order Contract with each. Contractors with a Master Task Order Contract will then be eligible to receive mini Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for actual services/work to meet the needs of Main Street communities and those of the Colorado Main Street® Program. The program currently has annually $446,000 to provide services across the state. Since this total sum is applied to numerous Task Orders each fiscal year, it is extremely unlikely that any contractor will be awarded Task Orders with a dollar value anywhere near this amount. The typical range of individual mini RFPs is $5,000 to $65,000 per contract.
