The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE), along with Community Builders (together the “State Partnership Team”), are partnering to offer communities an opportunity to work together to support diversifying and strengthening their economies while building their region’s resiliency.
Sixteen Regional Community Teams representing 169 jurisdictions have been selected to take part in the Program in order to accelerate communities toward a thriving, equitable, and resilient future (See also Page 18). The purpose of this DQ is to hire consultants to help each Regional Community Team to develop their “Rural Colorado COVID-19 Recovery and Resiliency Plan” (“Roadmap Plan”) through a Roadmap Planning process.
