This request for proposals is for fifteen (15) Getac B360 fully-rugged notebook computers or similiar. Bids for other brands of rugged notebooks are welcome, but proposed systems shall either be 1) compatible with existing vehicle docks for Getac B360s (Gamber-Johnson Getac B360 laptop docking station with 120W auto power adapter, tri RF, part number 7170-0789-03), or 2) the bidder shall include compatible vehicle docks in the proposal. All proposed systems shall include a 5 year hardware warranty.

Each of the above systems to include an extended pick-up and return hardware warranty to provide warranty coverage for 5 years total, such as the Getac Bumper to Bumper + Extended Warranty, manufacturer part number GE-SVTBNFX5Y, extended service agreement, parts and labor, +2 years (4th/5th year), pick-up and return.
