NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Delta County, Colorado, through the Delta County Office of Emergency Management, is soliciting competitive sealed bid proposals from qualified consultants to submit proposals to update the Delta County Multi-Jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (FEMA approved in January 2019 and expires in January 2024), that meets the requirements of the Disaster Mitigation Act (DMA) of 2000, 44 CFR Part 201.6 and the most current Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) Local Mitigation Plan review tool requirements.
