***All Respondees must have an existing business presence in the Denver metropolitan area to be considered for this service based activity.***

Denver Health and Hospital Authority, a body corporate and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as DHHA, desires to solicit a firm fixed price quote relating to repair/replacement/upgrade of DHHA’s security video cameras, video monitors, panic buttons and supporting software Salient. DHHA’s intent is to establish an exclusive agreement with the service provider. Contained within the remainder of this document is information to assist the Vendor in accurately pricing and scheduling the above product and services.
