Please note we will accept either hard copy or email responses. The purpose of this Solicitation is to obtain information in order to evaluate Vendors for developing standard operating procedures for the Department of Safety and Security. SCOPE / VENDOR REQUIREMENTS * Review of current operating procedures and identify gaps/missing parts based upon our organizational alignment. *Provide a solution that will create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the department to implement *Solution should be online and/or web-based *Solution should incorporate best practices in the areas identified above specifically tailored to K-12 education *Solution should integrate current Colorado Revised Statues and authority with identified SOP. *Solution should ensure that SOP adheres to DPS Board Policy *Final product delivered within 90 days of contract initiation.
