Denver Water is seeking a qualified food service management company to provide and manage cafeteria, catering and vending food service operations at Denver Water’s Operations Complex, located at 1600 W. 12th Avenue, Denver, CO 80204. Denver Water’s goal is to partner with a food service management company that can provide a variety of quality menu options in a manner that is convenient and efficient for cafeteria customers. Because Denver Water is a government entity funded by rate payers, it is committed to balancing fiscal responsibility with providing dining options that satisfy customer needs. Ideally, the cafeteria would include several convenient ordering and payment methods and provide access to menu items on a 24/7 basis with limited food and beverage options during after-hours operations on a self-checkout basis. The awarded Proposer is hereby referred to as “Contractor.”
