The Objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a business partner that can provide consultation on how to improve our call center’s technology/service. Ideally, this Consultant will provide guidance, expertise, and strategy in automating/improving our call center. The Consultant will assist Denver Water in developing an RFP to acquire/procure systems/services to improve our call center. We would like the resulting RFP to be completed by the end of the year and the solution to be implemented by the end of 2018.
