Denver Water is currently seeking information from Consultants regarding a telecommunications voice service needs assessment. Denver Water is looking to bring our voice technology system up to date with current technology and take advantage of new features/functionality/enhancements for user and application management tools, which will provide ease of use and improved communication. The needs assessment will address “what” the organization needs and figure out how to eliminate the gaps between current state and future state.
