TF 2020-032 - PAVEMENT MARKINGS MAINTENANCE PROJECT

Separate sealed bids for the PAVEMENT MARKINGS MAINTENANCE PROJECT; TF 2020-032 will be received by the Owner, Douglas County Government, Department of Public Works Engineering, Philip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 220, Castle Rock, CO 80104, until Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.  This project consists of the placement approximately 11,868 square feet of preformed thermoplastic pavement markings, 529 square feet of preformed contrast thermoplastic lane extension lines and installation of 1,028 square feet of preformed thermoplastic shields, cardinal and ONLY at thirteen separate intersection locations within Highlands Ranch in Douglas County.  

The Contract Documents will be available after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 16, 2020, through Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System Website (www.rockymountainbidsystem.com) or they may be obtained at the above address. Electronic versions of the Plans obtained by any other means than as described above may not be complete or accurate, and it is the Bidder’s responsibility to obtain a complete set of the Project Plans and Specifications. Douglas County will not be held responsible for misinformation received from private plan rooms.

All questions are due to Greg Green, Project Engineer by 12:00p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. The Bid Opening will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at the same address.

The Project includes the following major items and approximate quantities:
