Summary of Specifications:
Separate sealed bids for CHERRY CREEK HIGHLANDS DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, DOUGLAS COUNTY PROJECT NUMBER CI 07-015 will be received by the Owner, Douglas County Government, Department of Community Planning and Sustainable Development, Engineering Division, Phillip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 250, Castle Rock, CO 80104, until Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at 2:00 pm. This project consists of stormsewer and detention pond improvements through private property.
The Contract Documents may be examined at the above address after 10:00 a.m., on Monday, November 2, 2009, and copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set. The $25.00 is non-refundable. (Additional charge if mailing is required.)
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, at the Department of Community Planning and Sustainable Development, Engineering Division, Phillip S. Miller Bldg., 100 Third Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The Bid Opening will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at the same address.
