Description

The Douglas County Department of Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Support Services, hereinafter referred to as the County, is soliciting responses from responsible, qualified food service, café, concessionaire, coffee shop type companies to provide coffee and snack concession services at the Robert A. Christensen Justice Center in Castle Rock, Colorado. The County will entertain franchise operation proposals. The privilege granted by this agreement gives the Concessionaire the right to sell coffee, specialty coffees, other hot/cold non-alcoholic beverages, pastries, pre-packaged snacks, and freshly prepared items.
