RFI-Early Release Announcement (Parker Facility) - Early Release Announcement - Parker Road & Bridge Facility, Phase 2

Summary of Specifications:
*****EARLY RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT***** Douglas County, Colorado is a growing community. To maintain the County’s high standard of service to the community the Department of Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Support Services is expanding and planning to upgrade current facilities for the Department of Public Works, Operations located at 9040 Tammy Lane, Parker, Colorado. The site is 23.25 acres. This project was planned in two phases. Phase 1 is nearing completion. Phase 2 (the current project to be bid and will be referred to as “The Project”) includes: 31,000sf New Operations Building, 9,400sf New Fleet Support Shop, 8,600sf New Equipment Building and approximately 10 acres of site work. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued/posted on March 31st. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will be on site April 6, 2016 at 2pm and bids for The Project are due April 28, 2016. No questions for this project will be responded to until the vendor question/answer period is complete – please refer to IFB to be issued on March 31st for more detail.
