Description

The Department of Open Space and Natural Resources of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible, qualified individuals for services related to an agricultural lease for our Lincoln Mountain Open Space property. The initial contract, issued as a result of this IFB, will be for a period of five (5) years, beginning approximately March 1, 2018 to and including February 28, 2023. The County shall have the option to renew this contract for five (5) additional periods of one (1) year each, with the same terms and conditions.
