RFQ-039-09 - Sheriff's Office Highlands Ranch Sub-Station

Summary of Specifications:
The Board of County Commissioners, in conjunction with the Sheriff’s Office and the Facilities Management Division of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests information from responsible, qualified firms for the construction of a 35,000 square foot sub-station to be located at the southwest corner of Ridgeline Boulevard and Highlands Ranch Parkway in Douglas County, Colorado. It is the intention of the County to review all RFQ responses, short-list those responses, and distribute an actual Invitation for Bid (IFB). Only those companies, who have submitted a potentially acceptable response to this RFQ, will be allowed to submit a response during the formal IFB process. This RFQ process should be considered “Step One” of a multi-step solicitation process.
