Summary of Specifications:
The Purchasing Division in conjunction with the Engineering/Traffic Services Division of Douglas County Government, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified firms for the provision of the purchase of two (2) to four (4) electronic variable message signs (VMS) for arterial traffic management. The VMS shall be approximately 10 ft wide x 4 ft high full-color (RGB), full-matrix (20 mm pitch) LED signs conforming to NEMA TS4, NTCIP 1203 v2.35, and other requirements.
