Summary of Specifications:
Conceptual design and development for the construction of Wildcat Regional Park in Douglas County, Colorado has begun. This park will be located on 202 acres within Highlands Ranch, adjacent to Lone Tree and Castle Pines North (the south Denver metro area). The purpose is to provide a park with numerous amenities with an emphasis on wellness and green technology. In light of current economic conditions, new funding scenarios are being explored; several public agencies are working together on this joint venture.
