At that time they engaged HSA Bank to administer their accounts.   Active Accounts: 2,412  Payroll/HRIS System: Workday  Rates: Current vendor does not charge DCSD a monthly administration fee  Contributions: Employer- DCSD provides a $125 monthly employer contribution  Employee Monthly Minimum- $0  Contribution Payment Method: EFT weekly  Current Medical/Rx Plans and HDHP Enrollment: The current medical carriers are: 1) Kaiser Permanete Kaiser Fully Insured 1 HMO plan 1 HDHP: 538 enrolled  2) Allegiance (TPA) Self-funded 1 PPO plan 1 HDHP: 1,874 enrolled  Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in benefits within the first 30 days of their official hire date. Benefits become effective the first day of the following month in which you actually work.
