El Paso County (County) on behalf of El Paso County Public Health (Public Health) is seeking written best-value bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors (Contractor) to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for asbestos abatement (Project) at the El Paso County Public Health South Facility located at 6436 S. Highway 85-87 Fountain, CO 80817.
The Project includes safely abating all areas that tested positive for asbestos, remove and properly dispose of the waste, and provide a disposal manifest. Completed work must meet the scope of work.
