IFB-15-050 - CJC Emergency Repair Project

Summary of Specifications:
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (sometimes hereinafter referred to as EPSO or County) is seeking best-value bids from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the following scopes of work: 

Repair and/or replace damaged rigid insulation and roof membrane and provide miscellaneous improvements to approximately 57,000 square feet of original roof construction; 

Prepare for and install a new resinous flooring system and miscellaneous improvements to approximately 8,700 square feet of Kitchen floor; 

Remove existing concrete substrate and individual floor sinks and install new properly sloped trench drains set in concrete at the Kitchen cook line and dish-machine areas; 

Prepare for and install a new stainless steel wall panel system at the Kitchen Pots and Pans area; and 

Replace an existing exhaust fan, hood and make-up air unit in the Kitchen area.
