The El Paso County Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management Department (County) is seeking written Best Value Bids from professional cleaning firms experienced in commercial carpet, furniture and workstation panel cleaning services. It is the intent of this IFB to have the successful Contractor(s) enter into a General Services Contract with the County to supply the services as outlined herein for the fiscal year of 2018. The County will have the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year options. See Attachment 1 for the location of the buildings.
