Description

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary to make repairs to the top deck of the parking garage at the Citizen’s Service Center (CSC) for El Paso County Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management. Work is anticipated to be completed between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. The ongoing contract may take into account a phased approach to the contract.
It is expected that the business and their team members have significant experience with this type of project. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are licensed professionals. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation.
