RFP-16-096 - Civil Design Las Vegas Drop Structure Project

Summary of Specifications:
El Paso County Department of Public Works (County) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced professional engineering firms to provide Drainage Analysis & Civil Design Services for the Las Vegas Drop Structure Project. This project is being funded by El Paso County. 

The successful firm (the “Consultant”) shall enter into a Services Contract with the County to provide the services outlined herein. The services (“Work”) requested in this Scope of Work primarily include project coordination, project management, drainage analysis, alternatives analysis and conceptual, preliminary and final design for channel improvements in Sand Creek near the Las Vegas Street bridge. Additional services include, but are not limited to, design support during the construction phase. Each task, as identified in this RFP, will only begin once directed by the County Project Manager. 

This project does not have CDOT oversight. There is no DBE requirement and Davis Bacon does not apply.
