21-017 - Community Services Block Grant (CSBG)

The El Paso County Department of Human Services (Department) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified agencies to provide CSBG funded services to low-income citizen households in the El Paso County geographical region.  Proposers may apply for one or more of the following identified domains. The proposer must clearly identify which domain/s the agency chooses to participate in and list specific activities and services that will be provided under the domain.

Appendix I:       Employment
Appendix II:      Education and Cognitive Development
Appendix III:     Housing
Appendix IV:     Health and Social/Behavioral Development
Appendix V:      Services Supporting Multiple Domains (mandatory for all proposers)
 
Proposers shall propose services that shall produce results in alignment with one or more of the outcomes listed for the domain the proposer has selected. The proposer does not need to meet all criteria for each domain; however, some outcomes build on another and show depth for the service provided. For example, reporting on employment maintained for 90 and 180 days is stronger than only reporting on employment maintained for 90 days.
