El Paso County, Colorado (County) is seeking written best-value bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors (Contractor) to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for Construction of the Bear Creek Regional Park Restroom Project (Project).
The Project generally includes the construction of new restroom building, demolition of existing building, site grading, flatwork, and ADA parking and sidewalk improvements. Completed work must meet this scope of work, attached specifications, and construction details.
All the construction will be within County owned property and has El Paso County oversight. The Project is NOT subject to Davis-Bacon requirements, and there are no DBE requirements. Contractor must follow COVID-19 Colorado Construction Guidance.
