IFB-16-074 - Construction of the Bennett Ranch Creek Channel Repair Project

Summary of Specifications:
El Paso County, Colorado (County) is seeking written best value bids from qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Construction of the Bennett Ranch Creek: Channel Repair Project (Project), which will repair erosion damage and armor a stretch of natural channel for the El Paso County Department of Public Works (Department) per the specifications and drawings herein. This Project is being funded through the following sources: Federal (Grant ID No. 68-8B05-16-205) and the County. The construction contract is an end date contract. Per the federal funding agreement, all construction must be completed by October 28, 2016.
