Summary of Specifications:
The El Paso County, Colorado (County) Public Services Department (Department) is seeking written best value bids from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction of pedestrian improvements along a portion of Gleneagle Drive, for the Public Services Department, as per specifications, drawings, and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) regulations. This work is funded by Federal/State Funds and El Paso County.
