Description

El Paso County Department of Public Works, Facilities Maintenance Section is seeking best value bids from professional cleaning firms experienced in commercial carpet, furniture and workstation panel cleaning services. It is the intent of this IFB to have the successful contractor(s) enter into a General Services Contract with the County to supply the services as outlined herein for the fiscal year of 2017. The County will have the option to renew the contract for four additional one year options. See Attachment 1 for the location of the buildings.
