Summary of Specifications:
The El Paso County Public Services Department, Fleet Division, is seeking best value bids for a diagnostic tool capable of reading and resetting all diagnostic codes for all modules installed for all vehicles and components listed in this specification (1990 thru current models).

The resulting contract or price agreement prices and terms may be made available to any Colorado political subdivision. If other entities use this price agreement, they must issue their own purchase order(s) and process their invoices separately from El Paso County. El Paso County does not accept responsibility for orders placed by any other political subdivision.
