RFP-24-070 - El Paso County Engineering Criteria Update Project

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced, professional Consultants to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the El Paso County Engineering Criteria Update (“Project”).
Over the past decade, El Paso County has become the most populous county in the State of Colorado. El Paso County is proactively working to adapt to the changes that come with the demands of a rapidly growing community. The County’s goal is to ensure that as new infrastructure is installed and redeveloped that it is done in ways that are consistent with current engineering standards that will ensure compliance, functionality, and longevity. One of the County’s more pressing priorities is to ensure that the criteria it provides for stakeholders is clear and concise, reflects current good engineering practices, and is in accordance with the latest federal, state, and local regulations as well as to simplify, streamline, and improve regulations and to protect the safety, health, property, and welfare of the public.
