El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced, and professional Consultants to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the El Paso County Hazard Mitigation Plan (“The Plan”).
The Pikes Peak Regional Office of Emergency Management (PPROEM) was established in January 2019 to manage all hazard planning and response to emergencies and disasters occurring within El Paso County and the City of Colorado Springs. PPROEM allows the County and City to more effectively prepare for an emergency and respond to any situation by coordinating efforts on a regional basis.
