18-074 - Human Resources Office Remodel

The El Paso County Facilities and Strategic Infrastructure Management Department (County) is seeking written Best Value Bids from qualified vendors to provide all labor, materials and permits, if required, for the Human Resources Office Remodel Project at the El Paso County Citizen’s Service Center, 1675 West Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907. All services and materials shall be provided per the following scope of work, requirements and attached drawings.  
The Project is an office space reconfiguration for a Human Resources Department (HR) office with an adjacent open workspace and conference room. Mechanical and electrical work will consist of modifying existing conditions and some new work. The contractor would also need to coordinate with County IT and VTI Security for data and card reader work.
